Aug 12, 2020 is Xiaomi’s 10th Anniversary, 10 years of great technology and products!

For the last decade, technological innovations brought by Xiaomi is the driving force of Xiaomi’s continuous development.

XIAOMI’S 10-YEAR MILESTONES

1. April 2010 – Xiaomi was founded
2. August 2010 – MIUI was officially released
   Based on feedback from the MIUI community, it has been continously improving since then to the point where a unique Xiaomi fan culture has formed.
3. August 2011 – Mi 1 was released
   The first Xiaomi phone was the world’s first dual-core engine had a 200% increase performance compared to other single-core 1GHz processor phones
4. July 2013 – First generation of Redmi phones was released
   In 2019, the Redmi brand became independent, and is now a leader in smartphone arena.
5. September 2013 – Xiaomi’s first TV was released
   Xiaomi’s TV shipments currently rank first in China and top five in the world.
6. in 2014 – Xiaomi started its global expansion
   As of the first quarter of 2020, Xiaomi products are present in more than 90 markets around the world
7. July 2018 – List on the main board of the Hong Kong stock exchange
   Xiaomi become first listed company with weighted voting right in the Hong Kong stock market.
8. in 2019 – Xiaomi became a FORTUNE GLOBAL 500 company
   on July 22, Xiaomi made the 2019 Fortune Global 500 list for the first time.
   Xiaomi is the youngest company on the 2019 Fortune Global 500 list.
9. February 2020 – Mi 10 series was released
   Mi 10 series is one of the best spec’ed smartphone series in the market and becomes the first true 5G flagship phone of the year.
